I became a trainer for Boot Camp in the Park due to my love for the outdoors.
I enjoy teaching boot campers the proper technique and I like the idea of putting a different exercise program together for each class. My goal as a trainer is to provide encouragement, motivate, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle to help you reach your fitness goals.
I prefer being outside in the fresh air than to being inside on a treadmill feeling like a hamster on a wheel. Over the years I’ve never used the same workout twice.
